Bean Dip

Servings: 2 2/3 cup
 
Ingredients:
1(11 1/2 oz)can condensed bean with bacon soup
1(5 oz)jar process cheese spread with bacon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
1 cup dairy sour cream
 
1. In a deep 1 quart casserole dish, combine soup, cheese, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion and hot pepper sauce.
2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 4:00-5:00 or until cheese melts, stirring twice.
3. Stir 1/2 cup bean mixture into sour cream.
4. Stir sour cream mixture into bean mixture in casserole.
5. Cover and microwave on MEDIUM LOW for 2:00 or until heated through, stirring once.
6. Serve hot with vegetable dippers and chips.
