Rum Hard Sauce

Servings: 1 cup
 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons rum
 
1. In a 1 1/2 quart bowl, microwave butter or margarine on LOW for 1:30 or until softened.
2. Beat in powdered sugar with eletric mixer on high until fluffy.
3. Beat in rum.
4. Store in refrigerator.
5. Serve at room temperature.
