Homemade Mustard

Servings: 1 cup
 
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry mustard
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teapsoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup water
2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
 
1. In a 2 cup glass measuring cup, combine mustard, cornstarch, onion powder and garlic powder.
2. Mix well.
3. Slowly stir in water and vinegar, mixing until smooth.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 2:00-2:30 or until thickened and bubbly, whisking three times.
5. Mixture should be thickened and smooth.
6. Cool.
7. Cover and refrigerate up to a month.
