Creamy Seafood Sauce

Servings: 2/3 cup

Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon powdered horseradish
1/8 teaspoon dried dillweed
1/4 cup peeled, seeded , finely chopped drained cucumber
2 tablespoons chopped green onion

1. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, horseradish, and dillweed.
2. Mix well.
3. Fold in cucumber and green onion.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Serve with hot or cold seafood dishes or use for Orange Roughy Treat
