Tuna Salad Filling

Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients:
1(8 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon pineapple jiuce
1(7 oz) can tuna, drained, flaked
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
a dash of pepper

1. Drain pineapple, reserving the 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, cabbage, green onion, olives, and pineapple.
3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, pineapple juice, and pepper.
4. Mix well.
5. Combine tuna mixture and mayonnaise mixture.
6. Toss lightly to mix well.
7. Use as filling for sandwiches such as Snack Sandwiches.
