Marinated Turkey Tenderloins

Servings: 4
 
Ingredients:
4(4 oz) fresh turkey breast tenderloin steaks
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
watercress
 
1. Place turkey pieces flat in a heavy plastic bag set in a 12" x 7" baking dish.
2. In screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, mustard, thyme and garlic powder.
3. Cover and shake well.
4. Pour into bag and tie the bag closed.
5. Marinate at room temperature 30:00.
6. Drain turkey and discard marinade and bag.
7. Arrange turkey pieces around outside edge of same baking dish with thicker portions toward outside of dish.
8. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 8:00-9:00 or until turkey is done in center.
9. Garnish with watercress.
