Beef Cubed Steaks

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4(4- 5 oz) steaks
4 teaspoons butter or margarine
 
1. Preheat a 10-inch browning skillet, uncovered, on HIGH for 6 minutes.
2. Add oil to the hot skillet.
3. Using hot pads, tilt skillet to coat evenly with oil.
4. Quickly add steaks and microwave on HIGH for 2:00.
5. Pour off the juices.
6. Turn the steaks.
7. Top each steak with butter or margarine.
8. Microwave on HIGH for 0:30 or until done to your liking.
