Shrimp Bisque

Ingredients:
2(10.75 oz) cans cream of shrimp soup
2 soup cans milk
1 cup cut up, cooked, shelled shrimp
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon dried leaf chervil
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried parsley
avocado slices
parsley sprigs
 
1. In a 3 quart casserole dish, combine soup and milk.
2. Whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in shrimp, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, dry sherry, chervil, chives and dried parsley.
4. Mix well.
5. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 12:00-14:00 or until heated through, stirring twice.
6. Garnish with avocado slices and parsley sprigs.
