Cheese Stuffing

Servings: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:
1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
pimiento strips

1. In a medium bowl, combine stuffing mix, Swiss cheese, parsley, water chestnuts and chopped pimiento.
2. In a 1 cup measuring cup, combine water and chicken bouillon granules.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 0:30 or until water boils and granules have dissolved, stirring once.
4. Add bouillon to stuffing nixture.
5. Toss with a fork until mixed well.
6. Use as directed in Stuffed Mushrooms or Stuffed Oysters.
7. Garnish with pimiento strips
