Ingredients:
2/3 cup Italian Omelet Filling or Sunny Side Omelet Filling
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
pepper
1. Prepare filling for omelet and set aside.
2. Place butter or margarine in a 9 inch pie plate.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 0:30 or until melted.
4. Beat together eggs, milk and pepper.
5. Add to pie plate.
6. Cover completely with plastic wrap; do not vent.
7. Microwave on MEDIUM HIGH for 1:30.
8. Gently lift cooked egg edges, allowing uncooked egg to flow underneath.
9. Cover completely with unvented plastic wrap.
10. Microwave on MEDIUM HIGH for 1:15-1:45 or until set.
11. Let stand, covered, 1:00.
12. Fill with prepared filling.
13. Fold over and serve immediately.
14. Garnish according to filling recipe.
