Ham Balls

Servings: 4-6
 
Ingredients:
8 oz ground pork
8 oz ground ham
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 egg
2 teaspoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon dried prsley
1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix pork, ham, oats, ketchup, egg, onion, parsley and mustard.
2. Shape into 24 balls.
3. Place in a 12" x 7" baking dish
4. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 5:00, giving dish half turn once.
5. Turn meatballs over and rearrange meatballs in center of dish to outside edge.
6. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on MEDIUM LOW for 5:00-6:00 or until meat is done when cut in center, giving dish half turn once.
7. Drain.
