Powdered Sugar Glaze

Servings: 3/4 cup
 
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 4 tablespoons milke or fruit juice
1/2 teaspoon grated orange or lemon peel, if desired
 
1. Place butter or margarine in a 1 1/2 quart bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1:00 or until melted.
3. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.
4. Mix well.
5. Gradually stir in enough milk or juice to give mixture a drizzling consistency.
6. Stir in peel, if desired.
