Spinach Stuffing

Servings: 1 cups

Ingredients:
1/2(12 oz) pkg frozen spinach souffle
3 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
pimiento strips

1. Remove frozen souffle from package.
2. If necessary, cut amount to be used with a sharp knife.
3. Return any remaining souffle to the freezer.
4. Place frozen souffle in a 1 quart bowl.
5. Microwave on MEDIUM LOW for 3:00 or until thawed, breaking up with a fork once.
6. Let stand 3:00.
7. Stir bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese into souffle.
8. Use as directed in Stuffed Mushrooms or Stuffed Oysters.
9. Garnish with pimiento strips
