Brandy Baked Fruit

Servings: 4
 
Ingredients:
4 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, quartered OR
4 fresh pears, peeled, cored, quartered OR
4 fresh plums, pitted, quartered
2 tablespoons fruit flavored brandy
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
 
1. Arrange fruit spoke-fashion in a 10 inch pie plate.
2. Drizzle with brandy.
3. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, cardamom and allspice.
4. Mix Well.
5. Sprinkle over fruit.
6. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 3:00-5:00 or until barelt tender., giving dish a half turn once.
7. Serve warm with ice cream or fruit-flavored yogurt.
