Orange Roughy Treat

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Creamy Seafood Sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried ground lemon peel
4(4 oz) orange roughy fillets, 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick

1. Prepare Creamy Seafood Sauce and set aside.
2. On a piece of waxed paper, mix paprika and lemon peel.
3. Dip 1 side of each fillet in paprika mixture.
4. Arrange fillets, coated-side up, flat in a 12" x 7" baking dish.
5. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 5:00-6:00 or until center of fish in beginning to flake when tested with a fork.
6. Give dish a half turn once during cooking time.
7. Spoon 2 tablespoons Creamy Seafood Sauce over each fillet..
8. Microwave, uncovered on MEDIUM LOW for 1:00-1:30 or until topping is just warm.
