Chocolate Glaze

Servings: 1 cup
 
Ingredients:
2 oz(2 squares) unsweetened chocolate squares
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 4 tablespoons milk
 
1. Place chocolate and butter or margarine in a 1 1/2 quart bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1:00-1:30 or until butter or margarine is melted.
3. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
4. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.
5. Mix well.
6. Gradually stir in enough milk to give mixture a drizzling consistency.
