Unflavored Gelatin-Salad Mold

Ingredients:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup hot water
1 1/4 cups cold juice, broth, carbonated beverage or other liquid
up to 1 1/2 cups drained fruit, chopped vegetables, nuts, coconut, marshallows
 
1. In a 2 quart bowl, soften gelatin with cold wtaer.
2. Stir in hot water.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 1:30-2:00 or until gelatin has dissolved, stirring three times.
4. Stir in additional cold liquid.
5. Refrigerate until almost set.
6. Fold in fruit or other ingredients, if desired.
7. Turn into a lightly oiled 6-8 cup mold, or flat baking dish.
8. Refrigerate until firm
