Fresh Turnip Greens

Ingredients:
2 pounds(as purchased) turnip greens OR
15 oz.(16 cups)(after trimming) turnip greens
4 cups water
 
1. Wash greens and remove stems.
2. Tear green directly into a 4 quart casserole dish.
3. Add water.
4. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 50:00-55:00 or until tender, stirring often to keep greens on top of casserole frim turning brown.
5. Drain.
